Duration and Requirements
If approved, the regime applies for six tax years: the year of relocation plus five additional years.
One of the main requirements is that the applicant must not have been a tax resident in Spain during the five tax years prior to the application. The application must generally be submitted within six months from the start of the employment contract in Spain.
Is the Beckham Law Right for You?
The Beckham Law can provide significant tax advantages, but eligibility depends on several factors, including the employment structure and previous tax residency.
